Great MobileFest Oct Meet

Just when many thought MacBook Air (MBA) is the slimmest in the notebook category, Acer, together with Intel launched Aspire S, which is the resemblance of MBA in terms of form factor, minus the software. 

Although it comes with multitouch pad, it is again not as seamless as Mac TrackPad, which still needs quite a lot of work, from either Acer or Microsoft.

The price point would be one that determine whether this is salable, RM2599.  Thanks Bernard for sharing this with us.

I also got to learn more tricks and tips on TouchPad from Dr. Alan Teh.  Have installed his app on both iPhone as well as TouchPad.  Now I can calculate my BMI daily.
