We were all ready to head out to church on Christmas morning. It has been many years we did not attend the church on Christmas morning – to allow the non-believers to have our seats to hear about the Savior’s story, however, this year I decided to do the opposite.
However, we did not. Ended up staying back at home cleaning, re-arranging, re-planting stuff here and there, due to some issues occurred on the night and morning of Christmas with our helper.
We take it as God still need out seats for the non-believers.
We managed to clear so many things at home that we were not pleased, and after some hours of fixing these items, finding the loss and found etc, we were settled to stay at home, cooking, and got my in-law over for lunch.
I roasted pork belly with the recipe I got from Simply Blessed Ministry of SIBKL cook book, it is awesome and we finished almost most of the pork.
Retna and I learn something new about the roast pork yesterday, which will be shared in some other blog entry.
We had a great fellowship of sharing, chatting etc.
All right, now let’s get ready for more roasting.
