Retna and I try to achieve daily steps of 10,000, which is about 8km, whenever we can.
I opted for train taking today for a meeting in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
Whenever I reached between escalators and stairs, I went up and down with stairs.
It is not something that I want to push myself or show off (no way, come on), I just want to remind myself, there are many little things surrounding us that we could use our time better in exercises. Instead of just sitting, thinking how tough that walk could be, just start walking.
It has been a wonderful experience.
