Not the first time I am complaining about Peugeot after sales service.
Contacted the service centre and was told I could come over to let the technical team to diagnose the problem I have. Got there, waited for more than an hour and then no one to attend to my problem.
When I approached the technical team, their standard reply, “Someone will attend to you,”
With time is the essence, the waiting without knowing the outcome nor any form of assurance someone would actually assist you is terrible. Just like our sons admitting to the hospital when they were diagnosed with dengue. However, the doctors and nurses were at least letting them know that, when the beds were available, they will be attended to immediately.
Not my case today. No one to inform what was the situation, neither anyone bother to inform the status of the waiting. At least I would know how long I need to wait.
Telling someone to wait is a terrible thing. Don’t you agree?
If you are thinking about a Peugeot, I doubt you would be happy with the after sales. Unless you are the sort who likes to wait for no reason.
