Sunday, was a busy day for us, as parents.
There are places we need to travel to fetch the kids around here and there, especially when our twins were on their way back from the church camp.
Also, to meet sister in law for lunch etc.
So, while we got all things organised at home, since we do not have maid (thank God still we don’t now), we headed out the house, with the Citroen DS5 which I have just waxed and the car looks stunningly beautiful. Bump, there goes the beautiful bumper which I have waxed a few hours ago, by the idiotic neighbour bitch who may have been either suffering from serious hangover or God knows what.
Patience tested, and I was planning to yell or shout at the bitch, but I chose not to, since I have the daughter with me in the car, and I decided to collect the evidence as well as the contact details of the neighbour and then we headed out to have lunch with our sister in law. I chose also not to highlight the incident to her, so not to worry her.
We had a good lunch at Nirwana Bangsar, despite the queue.
However, I think the restaurant handles the queue quite well, so although the place was packed, but the meal and service have been decent.
The price is a bit on the premium, but it is worth it, as the food is still pretty much the same taste, home cooked style since we tried it more than 10 years ago.
So, Inez later asked me a question, “Dad, why you do not seems angry like your usual?” I think she asked a timely question.
My response, “We need to learn to be better and smarter in life, if I have chose to be really angry, I think no one will like it to be around me. So things will not be better, or situation could get from bad to worse, you understand what I mean Inez?”
I can see how God is posting opportunity from time to time on things like this to let us to learn as well as to teach our kids.
