Went to Kota Bharu, Kelantan for a work trip on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 with my colleague and clients.
The last time when I was there, 2015. The place, has not changed at all. No traffic jam, neither the roads are busy.
And, I have not learn any single Kelantanese dialect 🙂
The tasty food, warm people, remain the same as every time when I visit Kelantan.
Due to one of the client’s associate missed the flight, we had some time to head for quick brunch at Yati Ayam Percik in Kota Bharu, which is like few kilometres away from the airport.
The food, as always, has been good and taste appetising. Not that we were hungry, but I guess the sourness, sweetness and spiciness really created the crave to eat.
The grilled fish and chicken were amazingly fresh.
We also had the crystal clear chicken feet salad, which was spicy and sour. The grilled beef, is also another highly recommended dish to order. The meat is tender although kind of dried.
After the media event in Kota Bharu, we headed straight to the airport. Unlike when we were in Penang, there was no traffic congestion in Kota Bharu. It is kind of nice to stay here, life is relaxing.
