I have heard about Dato’ Dina for sometime, as he was the main person of Milo in Malaysia. Never thought I will have the opportunity to meet him in person. Thanks to the Antabax and Lam Soon team, we met finally and had a good session on talking about some plans together, which will be reviewed as time comes.
So, here is the press release on the collaboration between Antabax and Sports Unite.
Antabax, the *No.1 Halal antibacterial personal care range is proud to be one of the sponsors of SportsUnite’s ‘Gua Caya Lu Golf 2016’ in the effort to promote unity through sports and active lifestyle.
SportsUnite is an NGO registered under Sports Commissioner of Malaysia and they organize numerous sports activities whole year round, to promote unity, fellowship and racial togetherness among Malaysians.
The first ‘Gua Caya Lu’ Unity Golf event held last year saw 31 pairs of mixed raced participants. This year, it is back again and Antabax is not missing out on an event with such good cause.
According to Mr. Allan Khong, Executive Director of Marketing and Sales, Lam Soon Edible Oils Sdn Bhd, Antabax is very keen in promoting an active lifestyle among Malaysians as it is part of the brand’s DNA, besides promoting healthy hygiene practices.
“Being a young and active lifestyle oriented brand, this sports event gives the brand a platform to communicate on the hygiene and active lifestyle are co-existing for us to live a healthy lifestyle. Besides, we all know how sports can put aside all our difference and unite for a healthier way of living,” he added.
Also at the ‘Gua Caya Lu’ Unity Golf event was the SportsUnite Chairman himself, Dato’ Dina Rizal, to see that this event is a great success.
“We want to thank Antabax for being a part of this sports event and looking forward to more collaboration with the brand again soon,” concludes Dato’ Dina.
