Smiley Inez, asking, "Where did you go today, dad?"

My second time to attend the Full Gospel Assembly KL Leaders Conference after being appointed as the deputy leader for Cinnamon Home Fellowship.  Thanks Poh Beng and the church for the opportunity.

The conference also a good place to meet leaders from home fellowship as well as from the other ministries such as care centre, satellite churches, family life group, men’s fellowship etc.

Besides having the updates on the church direction for 2011, the organisational changed and regional church, we had a fruitful small group discussion of which later the feedback will be shared with the oversight and elders of the church.  The group discussion was moderated by Poh Beng.

I always enjoy meeting the elders, oversight and other home fellowship leaders.

Being a large church, today, all attendees being challenged by the elders to take the role of discipleship seriously.  If not in the past, but it has to be now.

Coincidentally, last night home fellowship discussion was on discipleship.

This morning, the prophecy given to us was that we are in an orchestra, we got to be synchronized, and Holy Spirit is the conductor.  The prophecy also shared that we got to put whatever in the past and focus on the future, we ought to forgive one another, move on.

Before the conference ends, elder Kay Hup called on the groups according to age – below 40, 41 to 55 and 56 and above, and inviting the in between groups to lay hands to pray for one another.  That was a refreshing time.  I took the opportunity to pray for leaders – Poh Beng and Sri Ganesh.

That’s it for this year as the rest of the details could only be shared in the home fellowship context, not publicly.

Have a blessed week ahead.  God bless.
