Gotta let it go

Want to make this official apology to my sister in law in Singapore for going through the most terrible customer service in the world, perhaps – FedEx.  The item ordered was not arrived on time, nor briefing and informing the customer on time about the GST.  On top of that, FedEx imposed late payment charges [...]
