    Ayam Brand™, famed for its wide range of healthy and convenient, preservative-free canned products is celebrating its 125th anniversary with a nationwide initiative themed, ‘We Care, We Are Family’. The anniversary celebration coincides with the 10th consecutive Ayam Brand™ Charity Campaign. This year’s charity campaign will reach 60 charity homes in 11 locations across Malaysia and Brunei, providing 324,000 healthy meals for charity. Over ten years the Ayam Brand™ Charity Campaign has benefitted close to 18,000 people from 422 charity organizations – providing them with 1,080,000 healthy meals!     Joe was the pastry chef when we were working on a restaurant chain client, mid end Italian restaurant back in 2007, about 9 years ago. Time flies.  Hopefully when we meet each other again the next time, could be before our 10th anniversary 🙂

  • Raya Taste Better with Golden Churn Butter

    Golden Churn butter, famed for its excellent baking and cooking properties for over 70 years is creating a gentle evolution in the local culinary and home cooking scene by adding a brand new spin on classic recipes, yet maintaining the deliciously buttery taste that is its signature.   • Wonderful Discovery

    We visited the Berjaya University College of Hospitality Open Day, theme Discovery Week.  We listed that as one of the school holiday activities for us. Choose to arrive at the venue after lunch as knowing the morning session to be very pack at the venue.  We went straight to the culinary school of which most of the happenings took place. Briefly, we went through wine “sniffing” lesson, coffee making and pasta preparation of which Retna, Ariel and Elijah enjoyed the most.     Knowing that Full Gospel Assembly has many good chefs and good cook, but for the minority [including me] who are not a good cook, it is our opportunity to learn how to prepare simple dishes such as pasta and salad in the upcoming Berjaya University College of Hospitality [Berjaya UCH] open days over two weekends – Mar 21 to 22 and Mar 28 to 29.
