• Pick Up Lines

I am not a busy body. I was attending an award presentation ceremony last night, while waiting for the actual to begin, despite my love of meeting people with the like mind, seldom I found anyone in an event as such to talk about what me and the persons would have the same common conversation, so I ended up sitting at a quiet lounge.  It was quite until a guy started talking on the phone, loudly.

  • P Pe Peb Pebb Pebbl Pebble Experience

Pebble, which started from kickstarter successfully, probably many of the backers were eager to try a wearable technology, however, I some how feel Samsung Galaxy Gear may have done it some how better – for one thing, the voice. I am not a fan of Samsung, but I think the ambitious plan it has seems to be some how what a smart watch should be.  Well, this is my opinion, you should disagree with me, if you like to. Bought the Pebble from a fire sale after the seller brought in too many units and not too sure what to do with it, also the time when Pebble announced in…

  • Look, it’s back on stock again!

What are you waiting for?  Get it now. (BTW, you need a non-Malaysian IP to view, place order, pay etc.  You also need an US credit card to make the payment)

  • While waiting for Nexus 4, Jelly Bean 4.2 came to the rescue for the first hand experience

I have been waiting for Nexus 4 and unfortunately when I was trying to place the order, whatever available on Nov 13 and 14 were all gone.  Besides the wonderful features of Jelly Bean 4.2 only (that time) available on Nexus 4, such as swype keyboard (for lazy people), panoramic camera (yep, I don’t need an iPhone to do that now) and minor tweaked for better on the overall interface, I thought I would need to get a Nexus 4 to experience that.  Well, don’t have to, for now. Nexus 7 also received the Jelly Bean 4.2 OTA update about 2 weeks ago, which our sons are happily using it now, loaded…

  • My Liking for Jelly Bean, Just Got Deepen

While Apple is announcing its reshuffling of key personnel and two key personnel being let go, Google enlightens the whole hurricane situation with 3 new Nexus devices, namely – Nexus 4, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10.  Now, looks like Google is naming the devices like car models – Citroen C1, C3, C4, C5 etc (ok, probably by now you would know how much I am fond with Citroen). The one that many have seen even prior to the official release is Nexus 4 and there has been review being done already in Eastern Europe (need to check to confirm that again).  We all knew it is LG that is making…

  • Enough with Android Incapability

After using the Galaxy Nexus for about a month, I am moving back to Apple iPhone. Reason?  Simple. The emails I wanted to send, never send in my Android device.  Resulted miscommunication at work, family.  This cause is enough for me to give up Android The images on Android emails do not display, when I Google for the answered, was suggested to download additional plug-in.  Well, it still not working Camera, sucks Overall  look and feel, GUI, sucks Usability, friendliness, non-existent Battery life, hopeless iCloud, still better than Google GMail (IMHO, you may not agree with me) Loss your Android?  God bless you You love Facebook?  Don’t use Android Need…

  • Butter Project, NFC, Vest, USB Protection – MobileFest Meet Highlights

“The custom ROM is available everywhere, but only Galaxy Nexus official ROM provides the real and only Butter Project, of which is smoother and faster.” said Benny Lee, a retired corporate, and now tech enthusiast, at MobileFest September Meet. While I was searching for the new experience of Jelly Bean, I could only rely on Galaxy Nexus, of which a phone manufactured by Samsung, although I am not a fan of Samsung product, nor an Android, I decided to try.  At least spend some of my time on Android, before I could totally dislike it.  I think Android deserve a chance to let me to get to know it. Amongst…
