Kosong is a common word among Malaysian. Milo Kosong, Teh O Kosong, Kopi O Kosong, Wan Tan Mee Kosong, Roti Kosong etc. It just means, plain, or without sugar, additional stuff. When I was growing up in Cheras, in my family home, Wan Tan Mee Kosong was among my favorite.  My father passed me RM1 for my school daily expenses, to save it up, I decided to eat at the stall nearby our house before heading to school, though the noodle hardly could last me till the evening, end of school. Well, I was much thinner then ha ha.
