    Reading Proverbs 1:8-19 this morning, the first verse that spoke to me:- Listen, my son, to your father’s instruction and do not forsake your mother’s teaching.  ~ Proverbs 1:8 Very often the parenting is looking on father for the teaching, but Proverbs has reminded us that the teaching from mother is equally important.  Although in the old & and new testaments have illustrated that man is the head of the household.  That does not mean, the head would know everything nor able to provide any teaching or solution to the kids.   • Mum Safely Returned from Sri Lanka

    Our mother came back from Sri Lanka yesterday after a ten days sort fo backpacking, while attending her relative children wedding held in Columbo.  The wedding reception was attended some 800 guests from around the world. According to mum, the transportation and accommodation were rather expensive in Sri Lanka, especially Columbo, so they stayed in different places, while backpacking with their luggage.
