When the timing does not suit, we find time

Got a call from the in law about Father’s Day family gathering.

Agreed to the date and time.  Informed the kids, they all prepared and excited.

Anyway, we did not join the family gathering, since we have a long gap between the hours from the earlier agreed time, and kids have school on the next day.

We ended up having dinner, just the Tan-Vijayan.

It is hard to organise a family gathering in actual fact as the parents generally would be busy, occupied with many things that came along the way.

So not to upset anyone, and remain to have a great time with the Tan-Vijayan, we did some sleeping at home, then some outings.

I think overall the Father’s Day this year has been great.

Met the twins teachers at their school, had the Peter Pork for lunch, before having seafood dinner in Klang.  On Sunday, we had breakfast at one of our dim sum outlet, then went for Jurassic World, which we all enjoyed.

Went home slept, before driving to OUG for nice bowl of Pork Noodle.  Ok, kind of a lot of pork & seafood in this Father’s Day 🙂

Understand how difficult it is to organise anything involving few families, but I guess it is ok if we could not make it because end of the days, it is our families that matter the most.
