Nomination Chat

Beginning of the year Poh Beng approached us to consider to take up the deputy home fellowship leader position for Cinnamon, after much thought and prayers, we took the offer.

The process began with brief get-to-know respective leaders from the regional home fellowship on Wednesday leaders meeting, then to the recommendation by the regional coordinator of the particular region before being submitted to the church.

We have been called to have an interview or chat with the church leadership yesterday.  Many questions were asked – faith, gift of Holy Spirit, doctrine, family, Bible, counseling and personal spiritual growth.

We are glad to meet both the brothers as they have provided us insight of what leadership is about and more so on how to be a good support to the leader.

We are not too sure about the outcome but believe it has gone on quite well as the interview went on with exchanging of ideas, constructive suggestions on our family foundation and spiritual growth.

I guess at the moment it would be business as usual in the home fellowship and I thank God for giving us this opportunity to serve.
